In-Person Training

Looking for a more personalized program? We offer one on one in the studio or online personal training for your personalized fitness needs.  Included in our plans are working with an experienced trainer, fitness assessment, accountability and support, custom fitness program, meal plans, macro nutrient breakdown and more.

Core packages vary and may include 1-3 X/week in person or online training, custom nutrition design, weekly phone check ins or in person. 

Personal Training Cost: We have different prices for different commitment levels and goals.

Initial setup call, detailed reviews, email support, accountability and support, private facebook group, training and individual workouts, meal plans, live cooking classes, training logs and custom nutrition and fitness plan check in calls and more.

  2. Custom workout program design + custom nutrition design + initial video assessments + monthly video assessments + biweekly 15-minute phone call check-ins + weekly email support.

  3. Custom workout program design. Online training with trainer, custom nutrition design, 15 minute biweekly call check-ins.
